ABOUT US

WHAT

Abba project is an arm of Breakthru International that seeks to teach children about the heart of the Father, hence why this project is called the Abba Project as Abba means father in Hebrew. Our aim is to display the compassion of God but also to help children grow up to their full potential in order to understand their purpose and the impact they can make around them.

HOW

We do this by collaborating with Christian artists, musicians, designers etc... to work with children in a particular skill. We also, incorporate development sessions that answer the questions about God, purpose of existence and much more.

WHY

We believe that every child should have the chance to hear and experience the love and compassion of the Father. We also, believe that more could be done to prepare the next generation for a future where they can positively influence others their age and go forward with an understanding of their purpose. This is what we desire to do.

DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS

WHAT ARE THEY?

They are bible based sessions developed from the idea that true education consists of forming relations with God, with mankind, and with the world around.

Every child will be involved in: live worship and teaching sessions that answer the questions about God; their reason for existence and purpose; how to deal with growing up and much more. We want to help build a stable, forwarding thinking generation.

EXTRA INFO

These sessions are aimed at children between 5 - 13 yrs
Every child will be required to wear an Abba Project T-shirt (further details will be provided)
Sessions take place at Hilton Village Hall, dates are available on our booking site

SAMPLE CURRICULUM

Gain a closer relationship with God through study of His Word.
Understand the difference between a secular and Biblical world view.
Understand literal creationism, including the six-day creation week
Know the history of evolutionary philosophy.
Be sensitive to the danger of “survival of the fittest” when it is applied to people.

OUR VISION (PROJECTS)

HUB GROUPS

Hub groups are workshops around areas like drama, dance, creative writing etc...which will be led by skilled Christians to teach the children an art form. In these groups they will create a final piece around a theme to finally present to friends, family and the public...These groups stimulate creativity and give children an opportunity to try something new. But also, gives them invaluable skills of collaboration, communication and innovation.
